I am well-evolved emotionally, intellectually and spiritually, having benefitted from a wide breadth of life experience. My 21 years of motherhood, 22 years of marriage, and 15 years of teaching have given me a foundation grounded in wisdom to carry forward as I enter the next phase of life.
It has been illuminating to discover that as I age, I have started to look younger than I did 10 years ago. Proper nutrition including organic, plant-based foods, vitamins and supplements, and a regular exercise routine, have done wonders for me. Researching natural and holistic health practices is one of my hobbies and I have enjoyed great radiance and vitality due to what I've learned. I do not buy over-the-counter drugs, nor will I take pharmaceuticals. Illnesses can be managed and cured from the kitchen.
I derive immense satisfaction and serenity from the amazing game of tennis. I play several times a week and have become competitive. It has not only allowed me to achieve a high level of fitness, it has also provided mental challenges due to the concentration required for success.
Anytime we become deeply engaged in anything, whether it's a sport, a conversation, or the beauty of a butterfly, we experience happiness and a zest for life.
I hope to meet someone who matches my capacity for intensity about many things in life and through shared experience, evolves alongside me, continuing to learn as we go.
